Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data we collect through thedreamsolutions.com, why, and what your rights are. We’ve kept it in plain language — if anything is unclear, just ask us.

What we collect

• Contact form: your name, email, the topic you choose and your message. The email we receive also includes the date, time and your IP address, so we can spot abuse.
• Correspondence: if you email or call us, we keep the messages and whatever details you give us.
• Server logs: our hosting server records technical data for every visit (IP address, browser, pages requested, time). These are used only for security and troubleshooting.
• Google Analytics — only if you accept cookies (see below).

Why, and on what legal basis

• To answer your enquiry and send you a quote — steps taken at your request before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and your consent to be contacted (Art. 6(1)(a)).
• To keep the site secure (server logs, spam protection) — our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• Visitor statistics (Google Analytics) — only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).

We don’t send newsletters and we don’t use your data for advertising.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries and correspondence — up to 2 years after our last contact, unless we start working together. Then we keep them for the length of the contract and as long as the law requires (e.g. accounting records — 10 years).
• Server logs — up to 90 days.
• Google Analytics data — 14 months.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell your data or give it to anyone for marketing. The only parties with access are:

• our hosting provider, whose servers in the European Union run our website and email;
• Google Ireland Ltd. — for Google Analytics, and only if you consented. Google may also process data in the US under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Cookies and local storage

This site uses no advertising cookies. Fonts are served from our own server, not from third‑party services.

• Google Analytics (_ga, _ga_*, up to 14 months) — loaded only after you click “Accept” in the banner. It helps us understand which pages are read and where visitors come from.
• Browser local storage (ds-lang, ds-consent) — remembers your language and your cookie choice. It stays on your device and is never sent anywhere.

You can change your choice at any time in Cookie settings (also in the site footer).

Your rights

You can ask to access your data, correct or delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, receive a copy in a portable format, and withdraw your consent at any time.
